With this in eGecko itself, fulltextsearch is possible. To realize this, eGecko has to store actively files to a watched folder of IPA-Server. The filename, eGecko stores under, is the the eGecko guiID.

  • Fix values for metadata can be set in manual regex training (pressing SHIFT and double-click on metadata field). Fix values are stored and loaded for a template matadata. These values are static values.
  • Loading metadata can be disabled in user settings. This will help to speed up loading and refreshing boxviews with lots of documents.
  • Changes to restore dockstates. Administrators now can define standard dockstates and views for users. User now can reset their dockstate in user settings.
  • Adding an empty file in the IPA-DesktopClient installation folder called „_noautoupdate.txt“ will deactivate the client to check automatically for updates. In this case, the administrator must update the clients manually. Old clients cannot be used.
  • TAGS that are set in dateiAGENT will be added as comment to the document.

IPA-Server  

  • A $-Symbol in variables can cause an issue using some variables in output. Implemented a temporary solution for variabel [(,)|BARCODE1]. If you have the same problem with other variables, please contact support.
